Draft status: final legal review is required before publication. Retention periods, processor language, and the final legal contact are intentionally not guessed here.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to Trackkie Trip and the Trip-specific pages under the Trackkie Family website. Trackkie Trip is designed to help you record travel plans, expenses, places, and related context.
Information you may add
- Trip names, dates, budgets, currencies, time zones, and cover details.
- Expense amounts, categories, payment methods, notes, products, and receipts.
- Optional place labels, coordinates, and map-related context.
- Account and authentication information when you choose to protect or sync a record.
- Device, session, app-version, and subscription information used to operate the service.
How Trip uses it
- To create, display, and sync your trips and expenses.
- To calculate totals, categories, trends, and currency-aware reports.
- To provide optional place search, maps, and location context when you enable those features.
- To protect reliability, troubleshoot sync and subscription issues, and keep the service secure.
When information is shared
Trip may use service providers for authentication, database and file storage, edge processing, subscription status, store billing, maps or place services, and exchange rate data. The final provider list, roles, and contractual disclosures must be confirmed during legal review before this page is published.
Your choices
- Use guest mode or protect your records with an account where the product offers that choice.
- Grant or deny optional location and photo permissions through your device.
- Delete trips, expenses, guest data, or your account from the product flows described in Trip support.
- Contact support about an account or data request.
